We're Ann and Gina, neighbors who became fast friends over endless chats about all things womanhood – relationships, motherhood, work, health, and our biggest triumphs and challenges. We discovered we complemented each other well, filling in the gaps the other had when working with our clients. This sparked our dream to combine what we do and help women in a more holistic way. The universe aligned, and now our dreams are a reality.
Our heartfelt passion is helping women embrace their inner Moxy, prioritize self-care, and truly feel amazing. Every day, we are driven by a deep belief in the strength and potential of the women we serve. We are committed to supporting and uplifting them, ensuring they know their worth and can confidently take on life's challenges with grace and resilience. It's this genuine care and dedication that fuels our mission and inspires us everyday.

I have been a group fitness instructor since 2010 but fitness and being surrounded by strong women has always been a part of my life. I played many different sports as a child and ended up playing collegiate soccer at West Virginia. Being a part of a team is in my blood and I have always found that when you have a group of supportive women you have a much better chance of achieving your goals.
I am all about finding a balance in life with fun and health. I find that enjoying your workout has a big part in staying healthy, strong and wanting more. I make sure to change up the workouts to not only keep you interested, but to give you a full body workout to keep you strong in our day to day activities.
I live in Encinitas with my husband and 3 boys. In my free time, I love playing pickleball, going to concerts, and watching sports. I am so excited to share my love of fitness and build a community of awesome women through Moxy Strong.

I am the proud owner of a "Moxy Mindset" – a growth mindset with flair. However, it wasn't always this way. As a teenager, I lost my dad to cancer, which turned my world upside down. Without the tools to handle the stress and trauma, I adopted a "fake it and get by" attitude, leading to self-sabotage and a decline in my health. Eventually, I was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease. I had to give up my collegiate tennis career and was told I’d rely on strong medications for the rest of my life.
I was never informed about the impact of stress, diet, and healthy behaviors on my future. So, I embarked on my own healing journey, exploring all aspects of healthy living. This journey became my passion, study, and calling. Remarkably, within a few years, I was living symptom-free and have been thriving ever since! I'm still amazed at the bold decisions I made and the determination and hard work of my younger self.
Now, as a Certified Health and Life Coach, I love helping others achieve their fullest potential by believing in and investing in themselves.
Living in beautiful Encinitas with my husband and two kids, I am grateful. I love spending quality time with loved ones, being outside, playing pickleball, eating delicious foods, reading, and continuously learning.

I’ve been immersed in the fitness world for over a decade, blending my love for fitness with a passion for community. I launched my fitness career teaching classes for Fit4mom. My time spent there leading will always have a big place in my heart. As an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I’m all about creating workouts that are as effective as they are enjoyable. 7am every Saturday I host a free workout meetup group called Salty Saturdays - where we tackle stair climbs, swap stories, enjoy the salty air and leave feeling stronger inside and out. When I’m not in fitness mode, you’ll find me soaking up beach time with my husband and three awesome kiddos, plotting our next tropical adventure, biking my kids to school, volunteering in the classroom and making as many memories as possible!
